ABSOTIVELY!!!!--after you have disassembled the front of the Cat from the 
down pipes, lowered it so you can reach the old one, gotten a BEEG channel
lock or so to remove it, undone the wire from under the hood, and 
reversed the procedure, using a box end wrench that somehow you can get 
onto the sensor nut that is shrouded by much of the Cat front pipe---but 
it's not THAT hard, just frustrating.
