Hi Kit,

Doug Sedon's advice about taking out all the lights is good.
While you are at that, check all of them to be the right kind.
Since the ARC is pretty sensitive about broken bulbs, it has to
also be sensitive about *exactly* the correct current for the
three bulbs.

Also, while you have all three bulbs out, check the resistance from
the brake light line to ground.  The idea is to check for a short
in the brake light supply line.  But FIRST disconnect the ARC in
the dash, or at least disconnect the brake light line in the trunk
somehow.  It might not be a good idea to ohm-out the ARC module!
