at some point the story may come out. i have restrained myself from
speaking to specific details, as at this stage, it might make things worse.

however, it doesn't have to do with the Alfa CD ROM that has been the
subject of recent discussion (several have inquired on this point), and it
doesn't have to do with anything i personally said or did.

i believe that the issues are now well in hand. i will probably not be
posting any details for a while, not until after things settle down.
