Bracket for hydraulic detensioner rebuilds

Hi all,

Was looking through old digests, and came across a reference to an
article that Fred Di Matteo had written in _Alfa Owner_ (unknown issue)
about a metal bracket to hold the detensioner when reattaching it to the
block. Could Fred, or somebody else who has the article to hand, please
provide some specifics so that I can keep my thumb intact when I have to
rebuild my detensioner?
