Hood plate: bolted to the hood; you may have to remove hood lining, mine is
gone so i'm not sure
Door trims: bolts through door skin; remove interior door trim to get at
the nuts
Triangular vent covers: bolted through steel panel; remove carpet from
trunk and reach inside
Rear spoiler: glued and bolted (end sections on corners); at least glued
onto tailgate, maybe bolted as well; should be easy to spot.

Don't know about any other panels. My gtv6 has bits of glassfibre body kit
all around its lower edges...
