Rejuvenating old exterior rubber ???

not sure about those products, but "back to black" - a seeming cover-up
of sorts might be a nice compromise.  the stuff really gives a new look
(variable shine depending on your application proc.) to bumpers, black
plastic (as on 164 window trim and mirrors), and even black vinyl (as on
78 spider e-brake cover).  when used regularly it will actually restore a
luster to some parts.  it must be reapplied every two weeks or so.
