quick question - i'm back to using outlook, and have noticed a quirk which
perhaps somebody can help me with.

even though i have my mailer set for plain text only, there are some
incoming messages which outlook can't figure out, so it decides that they're
html.  replies to these messages go out as html, unless i catch them message
by message and set them to plain text.

has anybody figured out a way around this?  it would be a great help to
myself and perhaps others on the digest.
