U-LIKE-A-SPICA?

What is normal behavior for a Spica setup on cold start. My
system(76Alfetta) cranks fires idle a little low then you ( I do) nudge the
throttle a bit and idle picks up steadily to about 2000-2200 rpms. It
settles ther and over the course of  few minutes steps down to the final
idle of 800 rpms.This is after it has sat a week so it is solid cold.when I
start it.After that it just runs like an Alfa.
