[alfa] Berlina tach light

I looked in my 69 1750 Berlina manual.  The only light shown on the tach is
the oil pressure light in the small oil pressure gauge.  So I'd change the
light sending unit if the gauge reads OK.
 
The poster didn't say whether his car was a 1750 or 2000, but I'm presuming
with a 1971 MY listed, it's a 1750, though there were some early 2000s late
that year.
