[alfa] Timing chains

Don't worry people, you can have your chain back in the next generation
"Alfa" V6 with its Aussie Holden/GM/Saab/Alfa engine. In its curent Holden
form this has three chains in fact, one lower and two upper, one for each of
the pairs of cams. Wonder how long they last, and what they cost to
change...
