AlfaBill,

I apologize for my all of my e-mails.  The first should not have referenced
your product directly, that was a mistake.  The second e-mail was a result
of frustration as I was in the process of writing my initial apology
(throwing myself on the sword), when I got your e-mail cancelling my order.

Either way, I am truly sorry.  I agree with Richard, let's let it rest.

I will make every effort to be more considerate with my inputs on the digest
in the future.
