My clutch slave hose died today in San Francisco's Chinatown!
Towed it to my mechanic and diagnosed it was the hose that was leaking.
 
I have done the clutch slave not too too long ago and it pretty easy to do. The 
snap ring can be alittle tough though, and if it is  the cylinder doesn't readily slide 
back out of the mount, it is because there is some surface rust/corrosion/stuff on 
it so spray some silicone spray and it should be okay. Remember to keep the bleed 
screw on the top vertical position when bleeding the line.
