[alfa] RE: Clutch Slave Cylinder

I would also suggest replacing both the clutch slave, master and flexible hose. The reason for the replacing both slave and master is because you'll find that shortly after you replace the slave the master will fail. This is because the master might have been on it's way out and cannot handle the correct fluid pressure now in the system from the new slave (since it's not leaking or letting fluid by the rubber seals) and it will fail. Plus it's always better just to do it all at once instead of revisiting the joy of bleeding your system again.

Keep in mind that the system will also gravity bleed after a while. If you can't seem to get it bled all the way just close the bleeder valve and let it sit for a few hours or overnight. You'll find that it will work fine after a while.
