RE: difference betweem MK1 and MK2 door panels

The short answer IMHO, yes.
I know of no panel modifications , apart for perhaps drill holes for the
door,fender and trunk.
I'm sure Mike would have a more complete answer.

Based on the following facts:

http://www.rimmerbros.co.uk/cgi-bin/rimmer.bat?stag/bodyparts

show only one type of door skins , yet mk1 and mk2 complete doors
Door Shell Assy Mkl RH - RS1173
Door Shell Assy Mkl LH - RS1172
Door Shell Assy Mkll RH - RS1175
Door Shell Assy Mkll LH - RS1174
Door Skin RH - RS1171
Door Skin LH - RS1170

The latest SOC magazine detailed how the SOCTFL had progressed the
remanufacture of door skins to an SOC acceptable level of quality. There
was no mention of different types for mk1 and mk2.

Your parts supplier will know

hope that helps

I posted this question sometime back, but got no rely.
What is the difference between MK1 and MK2 front door panels.

Will MK2 door panels fit on a '71 US Stag?
