Camshaft Torque Setting

Can anyone help me with the correct torque setting for the nuts securing the
camshaft?

The ROM has two entries:

Camshaft bearing cap and cover stud 	2 lbf ft
Camshaft bearing cap  stud				14 Ibf ft

neither of which look like what I want.. I currently have them tightened to
20  lbf ft based on 
how hard they were to take off (not very scientific I know).
