Sorry, I don't know Stags well enough to comment on the "LE" prefix, but 
it would appear that "LE 924 L" is indeed the commission number (VIN), 
with "P54" referring to paint code #54 (Saffron Yellow) and "T11" 
referring to trim code #11 (Black). Hopefully this matches the current 
colors of the car.
