I've been a bit disappointed with Rimmer Bros.  I ordered some parts on
the 1st of March and didn't get them until the 23rd of March.  I called
them up and they said that they were waiting for out of stock parts to
come in.  They could have notified me of this delay.
I recently made another order and have only been told, after calling
them up, that that parts went out today.(almost two weeks after placing
the initial order)  I specifically asked them to notify me if there is
any problem.  I gave them a fax number, an e-mail address and a phone
number.  No response.
On to a different note, Rimmers will be running a free shipping session
in July, when VTR has a function and another one in Sept., when Triumph
Travellers has a function.
