To answer your question regarding the parts you have identified.

Diffential,   the 2500S sedans use a 3.7 ratio diff but the back plate is different.  The stag has wide mickey mouse ears (mounting points) whereas the sedans have narrow ears.

Dash    No the stag is narrower

Indicator switch     yes

seat belts    I believe that there would be no problem all the mounts are common.

Sun visor    again I see no problems

I would believe that the single cable sedan choke cable would fit

Stearing colomn cover,  I am not sure which part you are talking about, if it is the large 2 piece barral piece housing the ignition switch etc,  Yes

door locks   it is a while since I have played with my sedan, but vaguely I think they are different

Items like brake and clutch slave cylinder interchange.  The stag master cylinder is 1/8 inch bigger in the bore
