Hi Randal

You probably got a stone trapped between the rotor and the dust shield on
the inner side or dropped inot the callipers, that is assuming your pads
are not worn out?  The edge of the rotor can also flake of amounts of thick
rust from time to time, sometimes this too falls into the calliper
assembly.
