Hello Elisa,
	There are header kits available from Rimmers.  On the Carb issue, the best
performance option is Fuel Injection.  Find a stock setup from a Rover 3.5 that
includes the ECU and fuel pump.

	Save your original engine components for someone looking to do a reverse
conversion back to an original Stag V8.
