No, there is no re-stenciling kit available.  As the heater elements are
applied during manufacture of the glass this is impossible to reproduce and
therefore a new window is probably the only sensible way to go if the
problems are severe.

The material used for patching up breaks is made by Comma and is called
'Electrocure' in the UK at least.  It is in my local DIY store for £4.95 a
small bottle with integral touch-up brush.
