slight vibration

Dear All

1. My Stag suffers from a very slight vibration when moving from rest.
It only occurs for 3-4 seconds and is very subtle.. The vibration only
occurs at this point and otherwise the car is exceptionally smooth.

My car is standard and fitted with a BW35. I rebuilt all the suspension
last winter and used mainly polyurethane ?? bushes.. uprated spax
shockers.

Are my engine/gearbox mounts on the way out...?

2. The reason for me rebuilding my suspension was to cure the violent
judder whenever I touched the brakes. I diagnosed the judder to be
coming from the back of the car because I could also do it using the
handbrake.

Back suspension was rebushed and fitted with new shocks, springs and
wheel bearings. Oh and a new diff nose. The brake shoes and drums looked
ok so I left them alone. In the 1,500 ish miles that I have covered
since the rebuild the car has generally behaved itself. However now and
again I get the judder back but only when braking hard (down from 70mph)
and it is no where near as bad. I can solve the judder almost every time
by letting go of the brakes and re-applying them..

Before I go out and start replacing drums etc anyone got any ideas, ???

Thanks in advance
