Hi When they did mine it was quoted 4hours to overhaul. They did it the way you describe. Up on a ramp and lower on a trolley jack. Just watch the front of the sump, when it bears on the front cross member, that the brake pipe there is not squashed flat. Soemone else will give you other tips i am sure.
