With vibration at low revs only I would suspect differeing amounts of oil in
the carburettor dashpots.
Someone else may have some other suggestions.
If it arises from anything more serious, like crankshaft, I would expect it
show at different points as you rev a stationery engine up through the revs to
about 3500 - 4000 . Try it and see if you feel any harshness further up the
rev band and observe at what revs it is noticeable.

Big bore Exhaust Tails pipes will directly replace small bore if the rest is
standard.

A slack tappet could be the cause of the noise. Is it there when hot. They
quite often quieten down as you warm up. Resetting them is a major task, best
left to a specialist.
