Glenn,

These bits are not at all special.  You should be able to pull the tubes
out and take them to a good auto machien shop and have them replicated. 
They really are just brake lines.  Be aware that British brake lines
have fittings that are unique to Brits.  Avoid shops that don't know
this.  There are metric fittings that are very close, but won't work.
