Hi John
I was lucky on this one. My fan clutch was packing up,(I noticed the wobble on
tickover one day with bonnet up) and I got it changed just pre clutch
collapse. Got a new clutch fitted..simple.
If I had suffered major clutch collapse and Rad/fan collision, I would have
gone the electric fan route (14" Kenlowe) without question, and will next time
attention is needed in this area.
Moral....................keep lifting the bonnet!
