administrivia: accounts available on Krusty

reflecting on the mail delivery problems that have been endemic to the lists
for quite some time, and on the need to ensure a solid basis for the digest,
i've hit on a scheme which i think is a good tradeoff.

i will make accounts available on krusty-motorsports.com, the server which
generates these digests, at $60/year, a 50% discount off the list price of
$120/year. these accounts may be used in a variety of ways. you can simply
treat them as email pickups for the mailing lists you subscribe to; since
the deliveries are local, you can be sure of quick turnaround on the lists.
you could conceiveably treat them as a semi-permanent email drop,
independent of which ever service you're using for dial in at any point in
time (note -- there is no dial in service for krusty, and is unlikely to be
- -- you'll have to get that from aol, earthlink, compu$erve, a local isp, or
whoever.)

these are are also telnet accounts into a Linux (_very_ unix like) system,
with 10Mbytes of web page space each. i can also permit moderate amounts of
ftp space for those who need that. i only ask that usage be kept moderate,
given the bargain rate, and that NO SPAM be generated, and NO SPAM RELATED
ACTIVITES occur (that is, no web sites mentioned in spam coming from
elsewhere, and no email box can be used as a return drop for spam.)

if you have contributed to the digest already, the contribution may be
credited towards one of these accounts.
