[ihc] RE: Last of the Light Lines

The '75 200 4X4 has option #10987, which makes it the 10,000 GVW Package.
Since it's a 4X4, that means both axles are Dana 70s.

The 2 Scouts were an "all-or-nothing" deal for me. I had to take both Scouts
for 1 price. The other one is beat up much worse than the red one, but is
still a runner. One of their "cowboys" was checking the newborn calves in
the herd, when a new mother took objection to him "messing" with her newborn
calf. She chased him to the Scout. He jumped in the passenger side, and when
he saw her coming in after him, he bailed out the Driver's side. The mother
cow ended up with both front legs out the Driver's side, and both rear legs
out the passenger side. Given her aggravated state of mind at the time, she
did a great deal of damage to the Scout while stuck in such a position.
There was damage to headliner, windshield, steering column, air conditioner,
seat, etc. You have got to see it to believe it...
That Scout was made "For" the IH Director also. (Per the Lineset, with the
comment "HOT".) One would assume that particular Scout was ordered to be
built as soon as possible.

Glad you all liked the article. I'd been working with the author, and I
believe he's used a few of my pictures.
I hope to see the magazine soon myself.

The 200 4x4 would appear to be a 3/4 ton, but I am not sure of that year for

weight class.
