[ihc] D series B pillar plugged holes

There is a thread on the BB about using the threaded capped holes in the B 
pillar on the D series for shoulder resraint seat belts.
Behind the caps are threaded holes that seem suited for the task.

One of the posters is claiming that IH put the holes there for shoulder belt 
use, though they never installed any AFAIK.

Anybody have any insight into this?
