BTDT. On mine, I also managed to frag one of the "side gears" and wasted the slots the shattered shear pins went into.

I sent the whole baggie of parts back to PowerTrax and they sent me a new one. :D

I did hit a few trees between the time I broke the LR and when I finally replaced it.. got really hard to steer at times.. :D
