RE: [ihc] no IH content, but fun--

Could the hydraulic cylinders have been used to level the load? The dollies
we occasionally need to use to move communications equipment buildings have
manually operated hydraulics that are used to keep the load level regardless
of the terrain. This keeps the things from rolling over when you take a
55,000 pound 20' x 11'-6" building up a mountain fire road. I stopped being
impressed by small 4x4s with lots of articulation after I had to hire the
use of one of these units.

There were some hydraulic cylinders in evidence here and there on the Jeeps
which were likely for evening out the loading on all of the various bogies.
