Tom, anyone who would "turn you in", without first approaching you to talk
about whatever was bothering them, is the worst possible kind of neighbor.
Neighbor's talk to each other; they don't run to the authorities and file
complaints without warning. Even if your yard *is* an "eyesore", they should
have talked to you first, worked something out. That really sucks...
