Re: [ihc] Allison Transmission

Tom-

I have all that stuff, including the bus. It's currently got a blown IH D170
(LV sized diesel) on it, but I have the adapter ring and flex plate for the
Allison. I just picked up a 304 in order that I could drive the bus around
as needed while waiting on a diesel to (someday, I keep hoping) to take its
rightful place.

I am in AZ. I'm willing to part with the bus, but not willing to part with
just the transmission/etc. I need to be able to move the bus on its own or
get rid of it. It's a Wayne chassis with a 193" wheel base, formerly an Air
Force 28 passenger unit. The rear Axle is RA30 and the model number is 1853,
the 53 standing for diesel (5) and school bus (3).

Regards,

Allan
