[ihc] Engine Conversion Kit

Actually this is not a silly question. It depends on the application that
the Scout will be used for.
IH Engines are low torque. Some that race Scouts will put Chevy Engines in
them. Tom Mandera, though he uses IH Engines to the best of my knowledge may
know of such a kit as some of his fellow drivers have made this conversion.

I would see if John Comer at Griffen Automotive has such a kit that he can
sell you
