Straight from the place...
They said that from all their data it's a re-issue of an old kit.  Only one
instance of International or Scout comes up in their
computer so they only have the one.  Due to come out in November, but
delays are QUITE common.  Projected price is
$9.65, and if you order by credit card you won't be charged until the kit
hits the streets.

Nice that they're coming out with the kit!  Bummer on the delay!  And, for
those that don't want to pay $90+ for a 'vintage' kit
but want a Scout Model on their desk, it sounds like the $10 is just what
we've been looking for!
