[ihc] More on field wires from MAD

I just talked by phone to Mark Hamilton of MAD. He told me that my 
problem was that I was an ol' fart. That terminal that is marked F on a 
lot of the Delco alternators is NOT a field wire. Field wires went out 
with external regulators and If I hadn't spent so much time on external 
regulators I wouldn't have been so confused. Delco carried that 
designation for the terminal on to their internally regulated 
alternators, even though it is not a field wire, just a signal feed to 
the alternator that it should be charging.

Out of deference to my MSD unit, I'm going to put Mark's diode into my 
#1 lead.
