[ihc] Swing away tire carrier

I know, I know, I shouldn't put a spare tire carrier on the body.
But, since reinforcing the body of my 76 Scout II, the swing away has been
perfectly
capable of carrying a tire, and two gas cans and a hi-lift jack.  So I'm
content.

Now, does anyone have one of these 'original' type carriers lying around
that they'd like
to part with?  Basically it's the carrier, the two body mounts, and the
latch pin that mounts on the
tailgate.
