I agree that some lateral movement might help. Where you're not just pushing
and pulling on the door in the normal directions, but forcing a better fit
by slightly changing the 'cant' of the door. You could try jacking like
Willy suggested, or driving like Ryan says here, or some "strategic
parking" - where you place the front or rear wheel (or both, diagonally
opposing) up on a curb or ramp, etc. That might provide just enough "twist"
to loosen the door. This worked for me once in a similar situation, albeit
with a non IH vehicle. ~John A.
