Yup, you know the drill. Why apply prophylaxis when you can wait for it to
fail some time 'really convenient'? ;) You *know* that's what I'd do!

Many parts folk may know the stuff more as P/S return hose, but should also
know it's the stuff to use for tranny coolers. I'm paranoid and double clamp
the trans lines.

      I had fuel line.  I used fuel line.  I can get trans cooler line!?
I'll get trans cooler line.
Install tonight, maybe.

All I have to do is wait for the smoke again and I can replace it
then...right?
