On my Terra, with MSD ignition and a hot coil, and (he says hiding his head
in his armpit with shame) Splitfire plugs, I used Jacob's wires until they
caused problems. Then I put a set of Mallory wires on and used them for a
year or two.
I already had Magnecor wires on my GC, but was trying to find a cheaper
alternative for the Terra.
I replaced the Mallory with Magnecor a couple of years ago, and I doubt if I
will ever have to change them.
So, now I have Magnecor wires on my Terra, my GC, and my Cummins Diesel. <g>
Dr. Jacobs may have written the book and it is damn good book, but Professor
Magnecor designed the best wires. All, my humble opinion, of course.
