Perhaps try at an independent motorcycle repair shop.  I know the one
near me stocks fuel tank cleaner/sealer stuff due to the
common "left to sit over winter" motorcycle.  More than a few
motorcycle tanks get rusted on the inside due to improper storage
preparation(simply filling it up works).
