The purchase will not probably hinge on the engine.

The body, exterior & interior is in excellent shape.

My main concern is whether the rebuild mechanic used new rod bolts & nuts
during the rebuild.

IAE, I have two other good running 345 V8s available.

I would tho  - be more comfortable with a compression range of 120 - 140.
