90 is on the low side when combined with 110. You shouldn't have more than a
15% difference between cylinders. Those numbers seem awfully low, especially
for a rebuilt motor.

I had 135 to 145 on all cylinders on my old 345 with 80K original miles. My
other scout with an old 304 had 100 K and wasbetween 80 and 135. Replaced a
head gasket and it bumped all of them to 135 +.
