90 sounds low.  My BD264 with broken top rings put out 95 to 105
psi.  Also the spread of 90 to 110 is a 22% or 18% difference,
depending on denominator.  Both are above the generalized 10% I've
often heard/read as acceptable.

How low mileage is it, ie are the rings broken in?

Was the comp test performed by you or the owner?
