From what I've gathered, Ryan...

69-74 outer fenders swap.
In 75, some minor mounting changes were made that make a 75 fender 
"less" of a bolt-on swap to an earlier truck.  They still LOOK the 
same.  This also points to a potential revision on the inner fender 
mounting arrangement, but I can't remember.  Dan Phariss mentioned this 
to me, when I was hunting down a front clip for my '74 Travelette.

The grille, lower valance, and hood are different between a 69-73 and a 
74-75, but they will swap.
