Ryan,
It should.
My CTS 2303, 72 thru 75 Truck, T/all manual has overhaul 
instructions for all the Warner/IH trannys from those years.

It covers the 
BW codes 13039 (T39), 13049 (T49), 13409 (T409). 
Overhaul starts on pg 19 of CTS 2494G. 
I would say that your manual should have the same.

I may be wrong, this may not be the same BW auto that you have,
I am just guessing that this is the one that you may have.
