When I installed the Flecksters hidden plates and 5/8's U-bolts I had to
grind something on the axle to get the U-bolts to hang correctly. I think it
was passenger side only.

I don't remember the specifics, but I tell Ryan this so that he knows his
problem is not specific to what he is doing.

Ryan, if you are too pressed for time, I suggest putting the 9/16's U-bolts
on with grade 8 flat washers to take up the slack of the enlarged holes, and
double nutting them.
