Colin,
As you knew perfectly well, as you said it with tongue in cheek, no, not all
of us were aware of the service manual advice on propylene glycol.
I'm going to have to do some research on the subject to see whether or not
the knowledge base has changed on the use of pg in old engines.
In my own defense, I wasn't recommending it, just commenting on the fact
that I have it in my diesel. I do recommend RMI-25 unless you find something
in the service manual about it. <g>
