[ihc] venting gear boxes

Hi All,

Thanks for all the help from everyone on rebuilding my front axle.  Got
it back together, and changed all 4 gear oils while down there.  Found
mud in both differentials, so I guess venting them is in order.  From
the inside of the diff I can see the threaded hole on the top.  What
sort of fittings do I need to screw into that hole?  1/8 NPT?  And
where are the vents on the T19 and D200?  Anyone know what they're
threaded for?
