[ihc] torque converter fluid in a 727

Digesters,

	I think I have one for the bonehead files.  Do you have to fill up
the torque converter with tranny fluid prior?  Or can you put in on dry and
it gets filled up through circulation of fluid through the tranny.

	I'm running a 345/727 where that is the case and I've got shifting
through all gears, but there is a shimmy at higher RPMs that is fairly
significant.  I've checked for flex plate warpage...no problems there.  The
only think I can think of is there isnt any fluid or the converter is only
partially full.  Thanks.
